Hello Courtney, I did not send another mailing to that same marketing list. Curious about what you said though; does the nurture not check if the recipient clicked only on that specific mailing (previous step) in the program?
As for the issue: I have found that the discrepancy was in the advanced find. I had searched on the name of the e-mail send and then checked the checkbox on top to select al sendsl. Only I missed that there were results on page 2 that were not included.
n the case of Rosy there are 15 who have received mail 2 of the nurture program. When I do an advanced find I only get 9 contacts.
When I look at the 6 that are left out, these correctly received mail 2, so it seems I am not getting the correct results in the advanced find. Here's how I had set it up:
- Advanced find on CONTACTS
- Related email event: email send equals "exact name of mail"
- Related "marketing list": marketing list equals Rosy's list (the same title was used for 4 different list, only signature was different in the mail)
Am I doing something wrong?
