We realize that we can type this in but we have several Divisions that we send from and average over 80 emails a week which we have our two ad agencies do for us. To explain more fully, we would have situations such as:
Ryland Homes Atlanta
Ryland Homes Austin
Ryland Homes Baltimore
All would use the same "reply to".
It seems simple to type in but the job is tedious enough and increases the margin of error.
We "may" be able to use/create an administrative license.
If all else fails, we can create a single user account and only pay for a single license at $400.
User: Ryland Homes
Reply Email: reply@ryland.com
This way, our agencies will only need to append the Division Name:
Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Chicago, etc.
