We didn't push out an update, but we did release a new version. If someone in your organization downloaded it and imported it, they may have failed to check the box during the solution import to activate all processes and plugin steps. This would stop the scoring when the solution finished importing since the plugin would be disabled. To fix this, they can either reimport the solution and make sure to check the box to activate all processes and plugin steps, or go to Settings > Customizations > Customize the System. Click on Sdk Message Processing Steps, select all ClickDimensions steps, and click "Activate" to make all our steps Enabled:
