I have a contact who has received our last 10 newsletters over the last couple of months. My email events show that they were delivered, he opened them and even clicked on links within the newsletter. For some reason, this month I see he got a DNS failure. From what I understand, that is considered a hard bounce and he will not receive any future emails from us. Is there a way to undo this? I feel like this is a one-time error and he still wants to continue to receive our newsletters. Thanks.
