I have a similar problem. I am upgrading CRM from 2011 to 2013. To do this, I want to export my customizations before migrating. I cannot do this however as Click Dimensions (CD) is stopping it. I therefore want to uninstall CD, export my customizations, migrate my data to 2013, import my customizations into 2013, install CD and get going on 2013.
There is no help on how to uninstall CD. A nice start would be a list of which fields in which forms / entities are added by CD.
PS - no response from Support in 24 hours despite paying my monthly subscription.
