Hi Trish, 

The social buttons are to share the email itself. It does not include having a link to your LinkedIn or Twitter. If you want to do this you can upload images for LinkedIn and Twitter and just hyperlink those to your company's LinkedIn and Twitter pages. I hope that answers your question.
