Hi, we are planning to send out our christmas card tomorrow. The e-mail has various dynamic fields (sender mail, sender address, contact details, ...).
We received lists from different people in the organisation and are putting these in crm. Of the 2100 recipients, there are about 100 that need to receive the christmas card two or more times (from a different sender). For this I can clone the mail, update the data in the crm fields used in the mail and send a new batch.
However, upon pressing send, can I immediately change the details with the new data, or do I have to wait until all of the previous mails have been sent out? And if so, how do I know when exactly that is? Put otherwise: is all of the data transferred on the moment of the click or does it send out 1 after the other and does the system only then check the data on the contact record?
