Hi There,
We are migrating a customer from CRM 2011 to CRM 2013. As part of this, we are moving them to another server and associated CRM domain. What items will we need to change and adjust and what would the process be?
As far as i can tell, all the spf, dkim and cnames won't be adjusted.
Any help on teh upgrade process would be most beneficial.
