Hi Jeremy,
If you create a static list and use the add members using an advanced find you can add members who are in Marketing List A. Choose Marketing List in the first drop down and then equals and then choose Marketing List A. Then you can use the Remove members using advanced find fuction to remove members in Marketing List B. And then do the opposite for the other email.
