My client is using ClickDimensions to capture leads and data from their website. When a user attempts to qualify a lead they receive an error. This is system wide and affects any user that is not a system administrator. All users of ClickDimensions have a user security role and all others have the core security role. I have looked online and I have found numerous posts that this is because the ClickDimensions plugins need to be set to asynchronous and others that suggest editing the ClickDimensions security roles and adding the update security rights for leads. Can someone help me with this?
