The organization would like to start scoring explicit data - i.e. Title, Vertical, Purchase Timeline, Budget etc.. The out of the box scoring does not allow for this customization, as such I have created workflow scores for each of these fields. When the Lead is initially created and saved the scores calculate properly, however if the Lead is every modified and saved it will calculate the scores again and thus increase the Total Score. I am assuming there is a rule that I can implement into the workflow that would prohibit this, I am just not sure what that is? Any assistance would be helpful.
