We answered this question in a ticket Roland opened, but I'm including the response in case anyone else is having this question.
Using the drop downs for Contact, you can scroll all the way towards the bottom and you'll start to see "Parent Account..." and then the field name. You can click on any of these to reference data on the Account record that the Contact is associated with.
How do I know if I need to change our CNames? Do we need to change it the exact time/date you migrate? What will happen with old links if people review past emails sent?
If you received a notice, it will contain a date on which you will be able to add a new CNAME. You should not change your previous one, so that old links will continue to work. The new one can be added on or after the date in your notice. It is optional, and links will work after the date of the change, they just won't be branded with your CNAME until you update the setting by adding the new one.
We are planning on updating our CD solution. Do the form submissions during the update process get placed into a queue until a connection is re-established? For example, if a user is filling out our Contact Us form during the update will it still be submitted?
Updating a solution shouldn't cause any loss of connectivity to CRM, but in such an event, we queue data and retry the sync every hour for up to 1 week until a connection is re-established.

Great release! I have one question, has the Inbox Preview view been updated within the Custom HTML editor? I just ran a Inbox Preview expecting to see the newer grid layout as per the screenshot and its exactly same as it was before.
As we don't use any of the built in editor tools because we code our email campaigns outside of CRM, is this view not available when the editor type is Custom HTML?
In relation to my above post, it appears its because I was accessing the Inbox Preview tool via CRM for Outlook, the new view appears when accessing via Internet Explorer.
Is this the correct behaviour for when accessing the Inbox Preview tool within ClickDimensions via the Outlook plugin?

It is likely that Outlook is just caching the older Inbox Preview. You should see the new Inbox Preview regardless of how you access CRM. I would suggest giving it a few hours or closing Outlook and re-opening it.
A CNAME can be whatever you want it to be. This is just a link you set up in your DNS provider to point to elink.azuresend.com. So you can set up mktg.mycompany.com (replace with your real domain) or elinks.mycompany.com, etc. If you received a notice it will contain the date that your account will be switched over and the option will be available on your DNS Settings on the ClickDimensions Settings page in CRM. (In your case, Gabrielle, this will be on July 22, and the notice includes a link to further instructions.)

Currently I am using programmatic form capture approach to post data to clickdimension by following steps on http://help.clickdimensions.com/programmatic-form-capture/. I tried to get the cuvid cookie as described in the tutorial by using both C# and javascript codes, but unfortunately I can't get the value as the cookie configured in a different domain (.clickdimension.com) with my current site domain. Can anybody who succeed using this approach let me know how to get this cuvid cookie as it a cross browser cookie. I have struggled searching on google and all say that it's not possible to get cookie from different domain.
Any helps will be appreciated.

Currently working on some templates for a client who has requested that everything be built for the drag and drop editor. I'm just curious as to whether it is possible to get greater control over layouts in this editor.
For example would it be possible to have a structure such as this, where you can have multiple 3 column sections in a layout with full width areas between them?

We are experiencing some very odd issues with the email editor since the update. These include DIVs being created when a user presses enter while entering text and also content being shifted around oddly when using the layout manager to insert pre-made code snippets. This wasn’t a problem in the previous version and at the moment our users cannot build emails very easily using our templates. Any advice?
I have created an enquiry form for our website using the form builder.
I have set an action to create a Follow Up Task.
I have tested the form and I can see a task is created and that whatever I write in the 'Activity content' box when setting up the Follow Up Task action appears as the Task Notes.
Is it possible to pull the contents of one of the form fields into the Task Notes rather than some static text? It would be nice to pass the content of the 'Enquiry details' form field for example, so that the sales rep who is assigned the task knows what the form was submitted for?
