Hi David,
You can do this with a CRM workflow. If the Posted Form record "Lead" contains data, then assign to user x, if the "Contact" contains data, then create Opportunity, etc.

How much time is necessary to see the records on CRM?
I configured the GTW integration day before yesterday, and yesterday we did a test webinar. Today we can't see any record about it on CRM.
Could you help me?
Hi,
Rhys, we recently tested sending to two entities (Contact and Account) where there was a matching email address and the system did not deduplicate the sends, i.e. we received two emails.
Can you verify if this check is only across Leads and Contacts, or does it incorporate Accounts too?
Alex.
We often get new leads that turn out to be duplicates of existing leads (i.e. someone who manually filled out a form at a tradeshow is entered into CRM, then may visit our site a week later and be entered again with a different email address). These duplicates are merged with the original lead, but any lead score points earned by the duplicate lead are lost upon merging. We still want to capture any clicking or viewing the duplicate lead has done, and add it to the existing lead score.
What would be the best way to handle this?
Bumping this as I would like to know the answer to the above queries as well.
Its fantastic having a support forum but we are unable to see the answer to this query. I am having the same issue and will have to look further a feild for the answer
Hi!
I have a problem with googlebot visits, I can't exclude them from Clickdimensions. I've entered some ip's in the filters list, but they keep coming with different ip's. The problem is that we have a limited number of visits in Clickdimensions per year and we must exclude this unuseful traffic. I've heard that is a possibility to detele this traffic, but can you tell me how can I do that and if this is a solution? I mean that if by deleting traffic it will be excluded and not be counted for the limited visits per year?
Thanks!
Hi Costin,
I don't think you should be limited in the number of Visits you can log with ClickDimensions, unless I'm misunderstanding. Unfortunately, I think the only way that you can filter them out is to keep adding the IP addresses as filter records. Deleting the traffic would just remove any existing Visits or Page Views generated by the Googlebot.
Please let us know if you have questions and thanks for using the forum!
We have a limitation by contract
Is there a way to populate the utm_content parameter in Google Analytics, along with the source, medium and campaign parameters which are already being automatically added to email links when an email is assigned to a campaign? Our business is currently using CRM 2011.
Hi Joris,
This is probably part of the responsive design of forms. Depending on where you are embedding your form, you may need to make the area that it's residing in bigger. You can also manually increase the iframe width (if you're using the firame), though this may effect the responsive design.
Thanks for using the forum and let us know if you have any questions!
Hi Joris,
Initially Form Builder forms were about 630px wide but now they are closer to 800px if you use all three columns.
Just let us know if you have questions and thanks for using the forum!
HiRichard,
The peopleofClickDimensionspickedup this item atthe forumandhave opened aticket fortheirhelpdesk. How to findthatticketI do not know, but the solutionwas veryawkward. Idisabledand published allClikDimensionssecurityrights.I'vethen turned on andpublished them again, andeverything worked.
Hi Courtney,
I assume it has something to do with the forms being responsive, but the probem occurs even when viewing the form in a normal browser window, so without any embedding. Can you see these screenshots of the same form in different browsers?
FYI, I've opened a support ticket and your colleague Molly is investigating.
Thanks
Joris
Hi Courtney,
Thanks for your answer. What exactly do you mean when you say "closer to 800px"? Don't the forms have a fixed width, or do they have a minimum and a maximum? Can I control this in the Code Editor?
What width should my header image be to match the width of the form? And is there any way I can make the header image (HTML component) resize automatically (= be responsive) when the form is viewed on a tablet or smartphone? Sorry for asking so many questions, but we're creating and working with forms almost every day and it is important to us that they look professional and well designed.
Thank you!
Joris

Hi, for every click in a newsletter, a lead gets a certain score (say 15 points). Same goes for a click on the subscription management page, while in fact that is most of the times an unsubscribe. Is it possible to give a negative score (say -50) to a lead who clicks on that particular subscription management page? Right now, it's hard to judge from the total score if someone is interested, if the total score also includes a (positive) score for unsubscribing to our newsletter. Thanks in advance!
Hi Mirjam,
We don't have a way to do this out of the box, but we are looking to improve our scoring feature. If you want, you can add this as a feature request: http://support.clickdimensions.com/entries/23790092-Customization-of-Scoring-Rules
You can custom score a page that you embed your Subscription page on, or the page itself, but it score changes will happen when that person hits the page, regardless of what he or she submits. This article has more information on that: http://help.clickdimensions.com/web-tracking-1/
Thanks for using the forum and please let us know if you have questions.
We have not had any of today's Email Sends get past the initial Email Event "Request accepted. Beginning processing." message. Is there a problem on the ClickD systems side? We have sent 29 different email sends so far this morning. The first one was sent at 7:14 am and it is now 11:30 am over here on the west coast.
Hi Dan,
There is no problem with ClickDimensions availability. We see several email jobs processed for your account today. Often times, especially with an on-premise deployment of CRM, if you are not seeing data reflected back in your CRM soon after sending an email, this can be an indication of a performance problem with your CRM database or some other issue that is preventing your CRM from accepting data from us. If you require assistance in determining the source of the issue, please let our support team know by opening a support request at http://support.clickdimensions.com.
