Dear Phil

In the meantime, form capture records are transmitted with success (success = yes). We receive the information of form fields, but no form field is created (please see in attachment "Form Capture"). Furthermore, the posted form entry is missing. Without this entry, the system is not able to identify the correct Form Capture. Which information needs to be submitted in order to fill this field? We tried it with the webcontent ID, but without success (please see attachment "ID").

Your help regarding this issue would be highly appreciated!

Rhys, just to double check: i am setting up a mail to be sent out during my week off; i created an empty static list and now upon scheduling the send I get the message to approve the send to the 2 recipients (me and a colleague) listed. So for the people that get added in the mean time before the scheduled time, i didn't do this approval step. They will definitely all get the email?

Matthew,

We are experiencing some delay on Forms and Surveys actually being active. We created on over the weekend and it did not go live until today. And this morning we created a Survey and it has still not gone live, when we click the embed link we are getting a missing page error. Is there a reason for a delay like this?

Hi,

I scheduled an email to send at 10am GMT. When I'd not received it at 10.03 I went into Email Sends and my Outbox to check and it was there. I went back in just after and it had changed to go at 11am.

It's now nearly 1pm and the email has not been delivered - it moved into sent at about 11.05 but we still haven't received the email.

Help - I scheduled it for the morning as this is usually the best time but now it's 3 hours late.

Hi Britt,

This would not seem to be related to service availability. I would recommend opening a ticket about this with our support team.

Unknown submits are not showed in 'sent forms' & auto respons e-mail is not sent

Dear reader,

I have made a form and integrated it in our website. However, in CRM: Click Dimensions/"Sent Forms" only shows the contacts who are known in CRM by e-mail.

When i try to put in my personal e-mail. There is no sign of 'sent forms' in CRM. I can't figure out why this is.

 

For example see screenshots:
e-mail address: orrin.van.room@cayentis.com (known in CRM) is available in Sent forms.

e-mail address ovanroom@hotmail.com (personal and not known in CMR) is not available in Sent forms.


Can you please tell me why this is and how i solve this?

 

No auto response e-mail

As you can see in form.png i have made a e-mail template and set it as auto-response. However, i never had a auto-response e-mail. (not to orrin.van.room@cayentis.com and ovanroom@hotmail.com )

What happens when I remove a member from a Marketing List?

So, I'm aware that adding a record to a Marketing List which is associated to a Nurture Process, will trigger that Nurture Process for the added record.

And I'm aware that if a record finishes a Nurture Process, and is added to the Marketing List, the record will start the Nurture Process again from the beginning.

What isn't so clear, however, is what happens when I remove a member from a Marketing List, before the Nurture Process has finished.

For example, lets say I add Contact John Doe to a Marketing List associated with a Nurture Process with three steps:

Send an Email

Wait 3 days

Send an Email

Then on day 2 of the Wait 3 days step, I remove John Doe from that Marketing List.

What happens?

Will John Doe receive the second email on the third day?

If not, is the Nurture Process now Paused or Canceled for that record? Meaning, if he is added back to the Marketing List, and therefore back to the Nurture Process, will he receive the first or second email next?

Dear all

We are trying to figure out what we are missing for a successful programmatic form capture. The form action is correct and seems to work and a "posted form" is created, but the field "form" is empty (should include the link to the "form capture") and the posted fields are visible, but strangely the field "Field ID" includes the name of the field instead a numeric value and the field "Form Field" is empty (should include the link to the respective form field). Any help/tips/hints are highly appreciated!

I would also like to know how to do this as well as aligning (left, right, centre)  an image once its been inserted into a block - within the Block Editor.

I ran into the same problem. We had some redirects setup from when we switched to a WordPress site and didn't want the old URLs to break. The URL in the email sent to the customer went to a broken page. I replaced the URL that redirects with the actual destination URL and it worked. I'm glad that I found this link before submitting a new ticket! Keep up the good work!

Hello Liam

It depends upon how you remove the person from your marketing list. There is currently a CRM bug that causes the nurture to not recognize if you remove a list member using Manage Members > Remove Using an Advanced find or Manage Members > Evaluate Members using Advanced Find. As such, the person would keep going through the nurture if you removed them using those options. If you remove the list member through another method, that will cancel the nurture for the person at that point and adding them back to the marketing list would cause them to restart the nurture.

Hello Sarah

If you add an image to the block editor template using the "image only" block, there will be padding automatically added around the image, causing the image width to max out at 580px. If you instead add the image using the image manager in an HTML block, it will fill the entire width.

If you use an Image Only block, the image will always be centered in the block. If you use an HTML block, you can use the alignment tools in the block to reposition the image.

Insert a Jquery/Javascript on Form

I'm trying to insert a javascript code on a form, using code editor, the idea is when the object lost a focus any action is done. for test

I request a simple alert as allow:

clickd_jquery("#f_78ec01f618d6e31194050050569d7308").blur(function(){
alert("This input field has lost its focus.");
});

but is not function.

Thank you Rhys, this is very useful information. I have struggled with this myself in the past. Might be worth adding this to the Help pages, or allow for padding of image-only blocks (and why not all blocks) to be set by the user.
