Hi, we are on the US data center, and we are not receiving test emails or email that we have sent.  Do they have a ETA on when we will be able to send email again?

Hi everybody,

I hope you can help me !

My context :

  • I have created an email linked to a web form.
  • My mail has been sent to a marketing list.

My question is :

  • How can I identify contacts who have not replied to my web form yet ?


I can identify contacts who have responded in "publish field", or see contacts who have not open the email in "Emails send", but I don't know if it's possible to identify Contacts who have open the email but not responded yet to my form. For my activity, I needs to identify these persons in order to relaunch them.

The notification from the nurture program will be an email.

Hello Kevin

The is a link in the form embed menu that allows you to download the form's HTML and use it as needed. However, if you choose to do so, we cannot provide support for any customizations you may make to the code.

Hello Julie

Unfortunately, you cannot directly look for recipients who did not submit your form because no record is created or field updated to indicate that they have not submitted the form. However, you should be able to find this information by making a copy of the marketing list you mailed to, then use Manage Members > Remove Members using Advanced find to remove any members who have a posted form for the form linked in your email. This will remove everybody who submitted the form, leaving only those who have not in the list.

Hello Liam

In regards to the behavior you are seeing where you cannot use certain functions in the editor and when you try to add a new field, it freezes in place, this is generally caused by having a field already on your form for which the corresponding form field crm record has been deleted. If you determine which field this is and remove it, the editor will function normally again.

If you cannot determine which field is causing the problem or if you keep seeing that behavior or that error message after removing the field, please open a support ticket and a member of the technical support team will help you investigate the issue.

There was an unrelated server issue in the US data center that has been corrected and emails sent from the US data center are being processed normally now. This was due to a server update that caused a machine to become unresponsive and impacted some customers using the US data center. Please allow several hours for the backlog to be processed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Matt,

I realize this is an old post, I am curious about the query in question - what mechanism is doing a call to generate this type of post?  Is this happening for every visit entry posting in (which would seem inefficient, or in some other instance).

Hi, I believe we use the EU ClickDimensions servers and we are seeing several hours of delay between create Email Send and Sent Email. Is there a known problem, please ?

Hi Rhys,

I do understand how picklist values can be mapped, but I think I was unclear in my original request.  It may have already been answered, but what I want to confirm is if you can map the Hidden Form Field to a field that is a lookup to, say, another Entity in CRM.  So, it isn't just a picklist of options configured on a field; rather, it is a lookup to an Entity's records.

Let me know if you need further clarification.

Hello Kelsey

I believe Sat may have been addressing the original question in this thread, which discussed using picklist fields. It is not currently possible to map data to CRM lookup fields.

Hi Melissa,

No, there are no delays. Usually if a scheduled Email Send is not sent at the expected date/time it is due to the associated workflow in CRM encountering an issue. Our support team can assist with investigating this.

We also had the same problem at www.rib-software.dk, when searching google I found your post and solved the problem, here it is;

I looked into the code of ts.js, and found that ts.js and YUI are using the same namespaces, namely Y.

What we did was to rename the Y function in ts.js

 

There is also some other small problems with using (new Y1).getTime() (i just renamed Y to Y1 in ts.js)  the correct format is apparently (new Y1).a.getTime()

Email campaigns, marketing list size, and excluded emails

I was wondering what reason there would be for the number of sent emails to not equal the number of emails on the marketing list, if none were excluded?

I have an email campaign that was being sent to 2 marketing lists. They total 107 emails. In the statistics report, there were no exclusions. Yet, there were only 96 emails sent. No bounces either. I checked, and all people in the marketing lists have emails.

Is there another reason it wouldn't show there were 107 emails sent?
