Linking to Subscription Management Page on Website in Email
In sending out a client newsletter, we received an error that no unsubscribe option was included. However, we linked to our subscription management page URL. We do not want to utilize the global unsubscribe or link to just the CD subscription management form, as it looks nicer embedded on our website and is more consistent with our brand. Is this possible?

Pre-fill form in a iframe from URL

Unfortunately, the Email Send will only recognize the unsubscribe link if you include a global unsubscribe link or link directly to the subscription page.

Nurture program behaviour
Hi there!
I have two questions regarding the nurture programs I am using.
1. I have a nurture program that works perfectly fine, I've added one marketing list into it and after a week, I've added another marketing list and for those recipients in the second marketing list the nurture program did not trigger. I think that every time when I add a new marketing list into a nurture program should start from the first step for all the recipients in the new marketing list.
2. I have the program nurture attached. I want to send 3 emails only if the person clicked in all the emails sent before. Sent email 1, if click email 1 sent email 2, if click email 2 sent email 3. From what I did in this nurture program I think that if the recipient clicked email 1 and did not click email 2, he will still receive email 3, even though he didn't clicked email 2. Any suggestions please, shouldn't it work like I want?

Is there a way to view each instance for a Contact in which they gained points to their overall score? And also, is there a way to manually add points to a Contact's score?
Trying to see a Contact's score, point by point's earned. Also, on a cold call I would like to be able to add, say, 10 points to their score if they were receptive.

Hello Patrick
If you have audit history enabled for your contact entity, it would show you every time that the person's score had been updated.
In regards to manually updating score, our total score field would undo any changes not made by our service the next time we update it, so if you want to track scoring for actions that we do not natively track, I would recommend recording that score in a field other than "total score".

Your template does not need to be converted to the freestyle editor to add an unsubscribe link; every email editor includes an option for adding an unsubscribe link.

Subscription management clicks in a nurture
Just to clarify. Do clicks to access a subscription management page or unsubscribe count as clicks in a nurture program. For example, if I've got a nurture that has a click branch and someone unsubscribes using a subscription management page, will they be numbered amongst those that clicked on something in my email?
If, so is there a way to combat this?

Sat is correct that you can map a hidden field to a CRM picklist field by setting the default value as the numeric value of the picklist choice rather than its label. The article below provides more in depth instructions on mapping a hidden field to a CRM picklist field.

is there any issue with the service a the moment ?
The reson why I am suspecting is :
- when I send, Click dim doen not ask anymore if I am sure I want to send to my recipients
- a test email has been shooted. From there I clicked on my link to reach my landing page. the landing page seems unaccessible.
- my email are shooted.

Hello Heidi
You could set up a workflow that runs when the status reason of an email send is updated. In the workflow, check if the status reason equals "error", then if so, send an email to yourself or another user that should be aware of this.

We were just getting ready to post a service announcement for accounts in the EU data center. Yes, there is a resource issue that is causing emails to be sent more slowly than normal and links in emails are loading very slowly. Our operations team is working to address this. (By the way, when you send an email to 1 recipient, you won't see the confirmation screen.)

I'm also having issues with the Web Content Form Designer.
Clicking the "Design" button on a Web Content form does load the form designer successfully, sometimes. However, when it loads, I cannot access properties of form fields, nor can I add new fields to the form. The drag/drop animation just sort of freezes.
Also, intermittently, simply loading the form produces an error:

How does user get notifications
Hello
I have built a nurture marketing program, and in it I have included steps to let a sales person / user know when an action has been taken e.g an email has been opened or a link has been clicked on.
I can't see how a notification is sent to that user? Is it an email / task?

Is it possible to generate an html version of a clickdimensions form?
Our web developers are resistant to all options for supplying them with a CD form, citing security and user experience issues. They've requested a html version of the forms. Is this possible?
