I believe it does include an email type field. After receiving your reply, I deleted and re-created that field, but nothing seems to have changed. In the designer, if I double click on that field, I get an editor window with tabs 'DISPLAY', 'FORMATTING' and 'MAPPING'. Under DISPLAY, the field type is set to Email. Under MAPPING, 'Lead map' is set to 'E-mail'.
This looks right to me, and emails are generated correctly. However it is not creating a new lead within the CRM system. Any further ideas would be most welcome!
