Hi Fenneranf,
At this time the ClickDimensions report with include all Posted Form records regardless of the status of the related Contact/ Lead record in CRM. Unfortunately it is not possible to filter by status at this time.
In order for the status to be included in the output of the report, it would need to be included as a field on the Form. With some customization, this can be accomplished moving forward but only if you are sending the link to the Form via ClickDimensions Email. Here is what you would need to do:
- You would need to create a custom field on the Lead/Contact entities in CRM
- Create a workflow which updates the field upon the creation or status change of the Lead/Contact record
- Use our Profile Management feature to pre-fill the field on the form with the data in the custom field (Click here for more info)
- Hide the field on the Form so your recipient can not see it (Click here for more info)
Then the status will be included in the report because it is actually submitted as a Posted Field.
