Depending on which of our data centers you are set up in, your emails will be sent from a group of shared servers. You can find the IPs of these servers here, in the Email Server IP Addresses section. A very small percentage of emails sent are actually blocked due to IPs being reported as spam and our operations team works continuously to ensure the best delivery rates possible. However, if your company meets certain criteria you may be eligible to purchase your own IP address, click here to read more.
