Hey, I also experienced a similar issue with a link not working - http://www.softchoice.com/Office365/Guide/Licensing
The link worked in the test email and in the email template. The link the customer received did not work and when I replicated the environment it also did not work for myself.
When I remove the F_cldee portion at the end of the link and put the remainder of the link into a browser it successfully routed to the page.
Can you please advise why the encoded link is causing an error.
