We are having an issue with all registrants not showing up in CRM. They are in Eventbrite and the number of the attendees changes in the events but the active participation view does update on the contact. Any idea why they would not be syncing? We need to create a handful of marketing lists and do not want to include them but since we can attribute them as rsvp'd there is not way to do so other than manually which will take to long.
Make sense? Any ideas?
